| Unethical Destroy an enemy Panzerhund using the Shockwave ability. | |
In the first mission where you are piloting the Panzerhund you are told that using the panic button on your left will activate the shockwave ability, which makes a large force field extend out from your Panzerhund knocking back and damaging anything around you. Early on you’ll run into an enemy Panzerhund (right after the location you can earn the Headbutt trophy), which instead of ramming or hitting with your flamethrower you should use the shockwave to destroy instead. You can basically stand near it and continually alternate healing and hitting the panic button to damage it, you’ll outheal its flamethrower damage and that of the enemies shooting at you as long as you get back on the healing immediately and only drop it to hit the panic button. |
| Headbutt Use the Ram ability to kill 5 Nazis at once. | |
During the first mission where you are playing as the Panzerhund, you will have a Supersoldat drop in front of you, then you’ll have to move forward through a fence to drop down to the next area. In the direction you are supposed to be moving there will be 6 enemies that eventually wander through the opening to start shooting at you. Hang out and wait for them all to group up in the doorway, then ram through them with . You can hold your repair the entire time while they’re shooting you and outheal them, so you have time to wait for them to group up. |
| Destruction Derby Launch an exploding car into a Zitadelle. | |
During the first mission where you are playing as the Panzerhund, you’ll go through an underground area, then come outside to a large courtyard with four enemies and a Zitadelle that comes out of a door at the far end. As soon as you enter this area you should try to knock the closer car over to the left out of the way, then quickly take out the other enemies before the Zitadelle starting shooting rockets at you. You need to use one of the two cars in this area to toss at the Zitadelle, where they will then blow up and destroy it. This is quite annoying to do because any bit of damage from the Zitadelle will blow up the cars, so if you aren’t quick getting in there it can blow them up with its first missile salvo. If you’re able to get the left car closer to the middle of the area out of the way that one is good to use to toss at it, but if you can’t then the one on the right is better if you can lead the Zitadelle over near the pillar in the middle. If you can get it somewhat stuck behind the pillar it will block its missiles, then you can ram the car at it quickly and if done correctly the car should blow up and destroy the Zitadelle in one hit. If you lose both cars or the Zitadelle is destroyed without it counting you can load the save from the pause menu and it will put you back at the exit to the underground area. |
| Out of Gas Complete the Panzerhund mission without using the flamethrower. | |
I’d highly recommend doing this on Normal difficulty, because you take the least damage and enemies take the most damage, so you can get away more with your charge attack and your panic shockwave. The biggest thing is to remember to heal constantly while progressing. If you’re stuck with enemies around you, hold your heal for an extended period of time and outheal all incoming damage until you’re ready to attack again. If you accidentally tap the flamethrower you should be able to reload your save from the pause menu to return to the last checkpoint to reset yourself. |
| Panzerhund Complete the Panzerhund mission. | |
Story related and cannot be missed. This is awarded for completing the first mission, where you play as a Panzerhund walking through the streets of France. |
| Disintegration Disintegrate 15 Nazis in the Drone mission. | |
There are around 20 enemies in the second mission that you can zap with your drone. I would recommend first time through just zap every one so you can learn their placements in the level, so can more easily avoid them when you try to earn Ghost on a subsequent playthrough of the level. |
| Ghost Infiltrate Brother III without being detected. | |
I would recommend doing this and Unafraid on separate playthroughs of the level, as for this you can spam cloak whenever it’s available to zip through some of the areas. For the most part this is straightforward. The twoproblematic spots are the room with the dog and the two enemies when you spot the power source upstairs, then the final room with all the drones in it. The room with the dog you should get close to the door and then hit cloak, then zip through the exit quickly without getting too close to the enemies. For the final room it’s more complicated, because the drones can spot you from fairly far away when you’re not cloaked and can look above themselves easily. You may want to try and take them out one by one while cloaked, as there are four in that patrol around. For the first one stay in the room outside and wait for it to pass towards the right, then go out and zap it. The next one will be coming towards you, so cloak hit it, then move back to the other corner of the room and you can hide under the flight of stairs. The third one will move up and down the area in a similar manner to the second one, so you can cloak and zap it. The last one patrols the far side of the room, but it may be alerted by the other one blowing up and come over to check. Hide under the stairs to see if it comes over, then cloak and zap it when you’re ready. This can take a bit of trial and error to get through this last room, but if you get spotted and the drone starts shooting at you, you can reload the game from the pause menu and try again. |
| Unafraid Complete the Drone mission without using the cloaking device. | |
During the Drone mission you will be told that you can use the panic button on your left to cloak your drone. For this trophy just don’t do that at all. I’d recommend doing this and Ghost separately, so for doing this trophy you can learn where every enemy is and kill them all, then when doing Ghost can use the cloak to avoid some of them that are in tight spots. Once you reach the end of the level without using cloak you’ll earn this trophy. |
| Drone Complete the Drone mission. | |
Story related and cannot be missed. This is awarded after you complete the second mission, where you use a Drone to infiltrate Brother III and learn about how to cripple it from the inside. |
| Deadeye Destroy all Zeppelins in the Zitadelle mission. | |
During the third mission where you are piloting the Zitadelle if you look up at times you will see large Zeppelins flying above. There are 6 total in the mission that you can destroy by shooting a couple rockets at them, and they’re all fairly easy to spot as long as you look up as soon as you enter new areas. Once you’ve shot the last one in the final area with the regulators you will earn the trophy as soon as you hit the Zeppelin. |
| Double Whammy Destroy two core regulators at the same time. | |
During the third mission where you are piloting the Zitadelle, you will reach the final area in front of Brother III where you have to destroy a number of large vertical pillars that are glowing orange. There are three outside in the main area, then two close together on the building in the middle. For this you basically want to try to destroy those two in the middle very close to the same time. You can aim quickly back and forth between them hitting them with a rocket then switching and shooting the other. As long as you destroy them relatively close together you will earn the trophy. |
| Guillotine Behead the Hitler statue. | |
Right at the start of the third mission with the Zitadelle you’ll enter a large circular area with a white statue in the middle. Shoot a rocket at the top to knock the head off and earn the trophy. |
| Barbecue Party Kill 10 Nazis in 5 seconds or less using the Zitadelle. | |
This is done in the third mission where you are piloting around a Zitadelle. It’s by far the most annoying thing to do in the game due to how enemy spawns work during the Zitadelle sections. The location to do this is right after the first area, where the statue is that you blow the head off for Guillotine. A Zertstorer will break through the door in the direction that you are going, and there will be 6 enemies spawned behind him. I found the best case for this was to reload the game immediately so that you get the checkpoint with yourself positioned in front of the door. Once there move back and to the left a bit, then take out the Zerstorer first from the side so you don’t accidentally kill the enemies behind. Then while holding the shield up and healing, try to move toward the direction you’re going so the group of 6 enemies group up a bit and back down the road. Once they’re grouped up, hit them with your rocket launcher and start going full speed down the road. On the left at the end is an open door that two enemies will come out of, you want to be shooting a couple rockets into that doorway. Then on the right there is a large round cylinder near the building, shoot some rockets between it and the building as there are enemies that will be running in from that direction. If you are lucky at this point the trophy should pop, but keep pushing a bit more just in case and there are a couple enemies behind that spawn from near the large metal door to the left of the path you need to go down. If you don’t get it at that point, load your save again from the pause menu and it will put you back before the Zerstorer. This is absolutely the worst trophy in the game, taking more effort than actually even finishing the game on Challenge difficulty. |
| Zitadelle Complete the Zitadelle mission. | |
Story related and cannot be missed. This trophy is awarded when you complete the third mission, where you are piloting a Zitadelle to the base of Brother III where you then use it to destroy core regulators in an attempt to cripple the building. |
| Imposter Syndrome Pilot all robots in the final mission. | |
Story related and cannot be missed. In the final mission you’ll move around with the drone to different stations to gain control of each robot. After the second drone sequence and you hack a computer you’ll be piloting the Zitadelle and will earn this trophy. |
| Protector Defend the cockpit against Nazi invaders. | |
In the final mission you will be moving around controlling the various robots to defend your location from enemies. During the second sequence in the drone you’ll be moving across the room and there will be four soldiers shooting at the cockpit. Zap all four of these enemies to earn this trophy. |
| Don’t Hurt Me Finish the game in Normal difficulty. | |
Normal is the lowest difficulty, and I would recommend starting on it just to learn the level layouts of the game. There is nothing particularly hard about going through on normal, just when playing as the Panzerhund and Zitadelle make sure you know you can heal and take out enemies as quick as you can. |
| Do or Die! Finish the game in Hard difficulty. | |
Not much harder than playing on Normal, remember healing and you should be fine. If you missed some misc trophies while playing on Normal I’d recommend doing them on this playthrough, as you can still take a bit of damage if you’re trying to set stuff up or waiting around. |
| I am Death Incarnate! Finish the game in Challenge difficulty. | |
Still not that much harder than normal, the biggest thing is making sure you use your panics when you need and heal all the time. Healing windup takes a bit but once you are actively healing you can outheal basically all enemies shooting at you when playing as the Panzerhund and the Zitadelle. I wouldn’t recommend trying for any of the misc trophies on this playthrough due to increased enemy health and how quickly you take damage. Just worry about getting through the game and you shouldn’t have any issues. |
| Doggy Daycare Prepare the Panzerhund for combat. | |
Story related and cannot be missed. This will be the first trophy you earn in the game, earned right at the start as you are being brought through the initial sequence to get the Panzerhund ready for you to pilot. |
| Responsible Citizen Throw something into the wastepaper basket. | |
This can be done after you complete the first mission. On the second level there will be figurines placed on the desk, and you should see a wastepaper basket on the floor in front of the desk you’re at. Grab one of the items from the desk and toss it towards the wastepaper basket. You don’t actually need to get it into the basket, getting it near enough should pop the trophy. |
| Pièce de Résistance Show your favorite toy to Jemma. | |
Story related and cannot be missed. You will earn this after the second mission where you pilot the Drone. You’ll be back in the chair with the power off. After you get the power off, Jemma will ask to see your favorite toy. Go up to the 2nd level and grab one of the figurines on the desk. |
