My stepdaughter booked an appointment here two weeks ago for her junior prom tonight. About two weeks ago she had a consultation and was set for this afternoon. This morning she received a text from them saying her stylist was out and her appointment was canceled. It's completely understandable that someone calls out sick. What's not understandable is no offer of help at another salon, no suggestions for another salon, no offer of compensation at a future date, and no apology (also it's very clear there's no command of spelling nor of grammar).My daughters won't ever darken their doors again nor will any of the girls at her high school as she'll spread the word rather quickly as will her family and friends. I'm adding a photo of the text she received for obvious reasons.

This was my first time coming to Runway Blowout Lounge. The atmosphere is very professional, clean, and comfortable. Refreshments are offered, and the chairs that you sit in while having your hair washed are massage chairs!I came in for a balayage and desperately needed some TLC for my 2 year grown out very long hair. Kylie did an incredible job and was super friendly and informative during the whole process. She even came in early so that I would be able to get to work on time! She also gave me a trim and was very considerate of the fact that I wanted to keep the length long. Overall, my hair came out so beautiful and healthy.. I am slightly obsessed haha. I am already planning on coming back in a few months for a trim and touch up!
